The Data Analyst for Cytiva is responsible for leading out in the data management strategy. In this role, you will provide the tools and capabilities for the descriptive analysis of the data.  You will also enable associates to apply the data management strategy and apply the descriptive analysis methods directly.

This position reports to the Vice President, R&D and is part of the CYTIVA R&D located in Pensacola, Florida and will be an on-site role. 

What you will do:

• Data management strategy – Create, manage data and the data flow
• Write coding script for data analysis via Python or similar for descriptive analysis
• Provide business insights that accelerate our ability to solve customer problems
• Create standard working processes for sustaining the data management process
• Enable associates across Filtration to organize, analyze data leveraging AI tools
• Enable peers across the business to execute basic AI based analysis

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to data science and informatics
• 3+ yrs of working experience in data analytics
• Robust background in project management
• Independent problem-solving experience in multiple business contexts
