JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Data Expertise Specialist to drive strategic decision-making through advanced data analysis and effective visualization. This role is key in transforming complex information into actionable insights that create business impact. ​

RESPONSABILITIES

• Analyze large volumes of data and develop predictive models.

• Design dashboards and reports in Power BI for better data interpretation.

• Implement machine learning solutions to optimize processes and decision-making.

• Ensure data quality and improve its management within the organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into business strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Academic Profile: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

  Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in similar roles within Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Governance.

• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python.

• Experience in data engineering, machine learning, and data quality management.

• Advance English Level

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and propose strategic solutions.

• Ability to work autonomously and lead digital transformation initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights, driving strategic decisions that create a significant business impact.

• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and autonomy are highly valued, essential for leading digital transformation initiatives and ensuring the implementation of innovative solutions.
