We’re focused on streamlining the data foundation to support the subscription business strategy, detailed analysis and reporting to inform our business decisions, enhance our offerings, and provide clear value to our partners—and that’s where you come in.

Important note: Please note that this position is a middle shift position. The shift is flexible from 11 am - 1 pm and 7 pm - 9 pm. This is necessary as your stakeholders will be spread over several time zones in the USA.

Job responsibilities

As the Data Analyst in Subscription Analytics, you will be one of the go-to experts for subscription analytics. You’ll work closely with stakeholders within our Publishing, Marketing, Sales, Strategy and Central Data Platform teams to help define and set up data models and deliver insights that drive our subscription strategy forward.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Streamlining the data foundation for our subscription data globally.

• Conducting LTV (Lifetime Value) analysis to understand customer value and inform business strategies.

• Identifying opportunities for expanding paid acquisition efforts through data-driven insights.

• Facilitating faster and more calculated global expansion by providing targeted subscription insights.

• Developing compelling data narratives as a selling point for partners interested in our subscription audience.

• Creating and maintaining granular reporting dashboards that provide detailed performance insights.

• Analyzing brand and source performance against forecasts to guide resource allocation and strategy adjustments.

• Supporting pricing strategies, sales initiatives, and new SKU implementations with timely data-driven recommendations.

• Handling ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests to support various business needs.

What you bring

• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of subscription models and performance metrics.

• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

• Experience working with large, complex datasets and developing clear, actionable insights.

• A strategic mindset with the ability to think critically about business challenges and solutions.

• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data analyses into clear and impactful business recommendations.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
