As a Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to work with stakeholders across business functions to build analytics products that enable data-driven decision making. You will guide analytics projects from discovery to solution and help us raise the bar for how we should apply our data to business decisions.

On the analytics team, you will work cross-functionally with our Clinical Intelligence business partners (clinical operations, customer success, sales, product management) to answer questions, provide ad hoc analysis, build enterprise level dashboards, and provide insight for business users to improve outcomes using Python, SQL, Tableau, and Excel. You will also determine the best ways to automate satisfying business needs, using scheduled reports and dashboards to streamline delivery of analysis to stakeholders and customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead and deliver reporting and analysis initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders to monitor performance and support data-driven strategic and operational decisions
  • Identify opportunities to leverage analytics in driving meaningful action and improving outcomes for internal teams and customers
  • Provide ad-hoc data reporting for business partners and customers
  • Design, build, and maintain business intelligence dashboards that provide ongoing visibility and actionable insights to business partners and customers
  • Collaborate with data engineering to maintain a robust and accurate data warehouse

ABOUT YOU:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, with a track record of translating data into actionable insights
  • Experience with Python and SQL
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization), along with Word and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to build trust and effectively communicate complex data findings to stakeholders across varying levels of analytical expertise
  • Comfortable working in an Agile, technology driven environment using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git, and collaborating closely with Product Owners and cross-functional engineering teams
  • Desire to be a partner to business stakeholders with a shared goal of using analytics and insights to drive the business forward
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing work independently when given context, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Focused on delivering timely results through iteration and continuous improvement, rather than waiting for perfect solutions

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with Business Intelligence programs (e.g., Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Experience using cloud computing platforms like AWS
  • Experience with US Healthcare / Managed Care Organizations, specifically around risk adjustment programs

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE:

  • Competitive pay
  • Medical, Dental and Vision benefits including HSA/FSA
  • 401k with Employer Match
  • 100% paid short term and long-term disability insurance
  • PTO plan and 10 paid company holidays

SALARY RANGE: $70,000 - $85,000 / annually

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
