As part of our Robotics Supply Chain (RSC) we are actively seeking a Business Analyst as part of our Program Management Office (PMO). The RSC organization sources, manufactures and delivers a portfolio of robotics technology globally and supports our network of global fulfillment and transportation solutions. The PMO team drives critical programs for RSC and enables capabilities to further our maturity as a supply chain organization.

The RSC Business Analyst will bridge business operations and technical teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions across the supply chain network. You will translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, focusing on metrics development and implementation that enables data-driven decision making. Strong BI and visualization skills are essential for this role. Working with multiple stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement of our metrics framework while ensuring timely delivery of critical analytics capabilities. You will represent RSC in enterprise-wide analytics initiatives, balancing priorities to ensure our measurement systems scale effectively with business growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, relishes having a hand in the future of robotics and is able to adapt and excel in a highly ambiguous environment. This role requires a unique combination of supply chain know how, problem solving/ BIE skills, curiosity, innovation, and effective communication.




Key job responsibilities
- Own and drive RSC’s metrics development, including definition, mock up development, validation, and implementation in collaboration with technical teams
- Develop and maintain analytics requirements documentation, including business rules, data mapping specifications, and mock-ups
- Lead cross-functional alignment sessions to drive prioritization and execution of analytics initiatives
- Partner with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of analytics solutions that meet business needs
- Identify opportunities to improve existing metrics and analytics processes, driving operational excellence
- Create and maintain detailed technical specifications for data transformations and business logic
- Support NextGen Programs and other strategic initiatives by providing analytics expertise and requirements guidance

Basic Qualifications


- 4+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with SQL
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- 2+ years working in a supply chain

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
