Flutter UKI are on the hunt for passionate individuals to join our dynamic Trading Team as a Quantitative Analyst.

Our Trading Team power performance and drive great customer experiences to keep our Paddy Power, Betfair and Sky Betting & Gaming brands at number one.  This role is based in the Quants & Analytics function, who align themselves to the goals of the UKI Trading department and use statistical analysis to develop complex predictive models in areas like sports modelling, risk management, and automated trading strategies.

What you’ll do

The work you’ll do in this role will enable our Traders, Risk Managers, and Analysts to provide cutting edge products to our customers and keep Flutter UKI in our market- leading position.

Day to day, you’ll support with the development of new and existing predictive models, generating accurate pricing and effective risk management decisions. You’ll implement real-world applications of statistical models, supporting from inception through development, delivery, and performance monitoring.

This is collaborative role, where you’ll work with stakeholders across Trading, Tech, Commercial, and Data Engineering to solve a broad range of technical problems, providing data – led insights to solve a range of problems and keep us levelling up. Right now, the team are focused on ensuring a best- in - class customer experience during the 2026 World Cup!

What we’re looking for:

• A third level or postgraduate qualification in quantitative or analytic discipline, such as Maths, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Actuarial Science etc. Maths ability is particularly advantageous.

• An understanding of predictive modelling techniques would be great, but we can show you the ropes.

• Proficiency in statistical tools and software packages like Python, C#, R, Kotlin, Julia etc.

• Someone with proven experience of turning big data in to a story. You’ll draw out key narratives that will ultimately help our Trading Teams to enhance their performance.

• A passion for continuous improvement, innovation and driving high performance.
