The Strategy Analytics team relies on precise, timely data to understand consumer behavior and market trends. We're hiring a Data Specialist & BI Developer Jr to enhance our data efficiency and visualization. In this dual role, you'll be key to preparing and harmonizing critical Panel Sell Out Data, directly speeding up our insights, and building powerful Power BI reports and dashboards. What you'll get to do
Data Specialist Responsibilities:
• Data Centralization: Securely store and version control raw data files, ensuring accessibility and tracking changes.
• Data Preparation & Cleaning: Use Alteryx to standardize, transform, and format large datasets. Proactively identify new data entries to be added to mapping tables, and efficiently re-run Alteryx workflows to reflect updated data and business rules.
• Data Validation & Upload: Rigorously validate transformed data against raw data for accuracy and upload final datasets to Microsoft SQL Server/Datasphere.
BI Developer Responsibilities:
• Report & Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain engaging reports, dashboards, and data visualizations, primarily using Microsoft Power BI. Translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Collaboration: Work with the BI Managers and rest of Strategy Analytics team to understand reporting needs for Panel Sell Out and Consumer Data and contribute to evolving our BI reporting landscape.

• Problem-Solving: You enjoy tackling data challenges and finding efficient solutions for both data pipelines and reporting needs.
• Learning Agility: You are a quick learner and eager to master new tools, data sources, and BI techniques.
• Collaboration & Communication: You can work effectively within a team, communicate clearly, and present findings in an understandable way.
• Basic understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in working and developing reports and dashboards, specifically with Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with data manipulation tools; experience with Alteryx is a significant plus.
• Exposure to database concepts and SQL; experience with Microsoft SQL Server and or Datasphere is a plus.
• Familiarity with Market Data (e.g. Nielsen/Circana) will be also a plus.
