Your Role

Reporting directly to the CMO, this is a founding, hands-on role focused on launching and scaling our paid social acquisition efforts across TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat. You’ll own everything from cold acquisition to retargeting, with direct responsibility over creative strategy, media buying, and landing page optimization.

We’re looking for someone who combines the mindset of a creative growth hacker with the discipline of a performance marketer, capable of navigating policy-sensitive environments with speed, grit, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Campaign Ownership and Scaling

• Take full ownership of paid social acquisition across TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat — building campaigns from the ground up.

• Manage both cold acquisition and retargeting funnels, from audience strategy to creative execution.

• Scale campaigns with relentless focus on CAC, ROAS, and LTV (7-figure budget).

• Launch and iterate high-frequency tests across ad formats, copy, hooks, audiences, and placements.

📊 Performance Analysis and Growth Strategy

• Monitor performance using platform dashboards, internal tools, and real-time signals — acting fast on underperformance.

• Optimize toward CPA, ROAS, and user retention with daily, data-driven decisions.

• Build internal reporting frameworks and feedback loops to guide creative, budget, and funnel strategy.

🎯 Creative & Funnel Ownership

• Own the creative briefing process — from concepting hooks to briefing editors and approving final assets.

• Collaborate with product/design to develop and A/B test high-converting landing pages.

• Identify fatigue early and ensure a steady stream of fresh creatives adapted to platform dynamics.

⚖ Platform Navigation & Policy Compliance

• Stay ahead of platform policy changes, restrictions, and bans — and develop creative workarounds that keep campaigns compliant and live.

• Leverage a deep understanding of ad policies to maximize scale without risking account integrity.

🛠 Process Building & Scaling Systems

• Set up tracking, naming conventions, and structured testing pipelines that enable repeatable, high-velocity growth.

• Create SOPs and internal playbooks to eventually delegate and scale operations efficiently.

Challenges You’ll Tackle

• Launch and scale TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat Ads from scratch — owning strategy, execution, and performance end-to-end.

• Help grow our user base from 30M to 100M by unlocking a scalable, CAC-efficient paid social engine.

• Build the entire creative, landing page, and funnel structure required to drive cold traffic and retarget at scale.

• Navigate strict ad policies and platform restrictions with creative, compliant strategies that still drive performance.

• Solve for attribution in a fragmented, policy-sensitive environment — balancing platform insights with in-house tracking signals.

• Write briefs and guide the creation of thumb-stopping creatives tailored for each platform and funnel stage.

• Earn broader ownership and scale responsibility — including team building — based on results and impact.

Your Qualifications

Hard Skills

• 4–6+ years of experience running Meta, TikTok, and/or Snapchat Ads with a proven track record of scaling budgets and driving performance.

• Demonstrated success in DTC, gaming, dating, or other fast-paced industries — especially where policies and restrictions are common.

• Deep understanding of platform policies, ad approval dynamics, and compliance-safe scaling strategies.

• Expert-level knowledge of campaign structure, bidding strategy, and audience segmentation for paid social.

• Strong creative instincts with experience writing briefs and iterating video-first creatives for TikTok, Reels, and Snap.

• Proficient in setting up conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and UTMs — and collaborating with dev/product for clean event flows.

• Comfortable building or optimizing landing pages and retargeting flows to maximize ROAS.

• You move fast: you’ve built tests in a day, shipped dozens of creatives in a week, and scaled while others waited for approvals.
