Target total compensation ranges from $135,000 - $170,000, including a fixed annual salary of $125,000 - $153,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.
We are looking for a Solutions Consultant
In this role, you’ll collaborate with enterprise prospects and customers as well as our partners to showcase the value of our industry-leading Intelligent Customer Data Platform (CDP). This role will cover pre-sales through delivery and beyond, maintaining strong relationships and unlocking value for our customers every stage of their lifecycle. You’ll partner with the Sales team to identify customer needs, define solutions, and demonstrate how mParticle can drive measurable business outcomes. Then you will work with both functional and technical customer stakeholders to ensure our customers are successful in onboarding and maintaining their first-party and third-party customer data using mParticle’s SDKs, APIs, and integrations with cutting-edge platforms across the analytics, attribution, marketing automation, and social media domains.
Your work will have an immense impact on mParticle by Rokt and our customer’s success both in the pre-sales and post-sales environments. You will have a high degree of freedom in your work, with support from the entire team, and you’ll interact with some of the best minds in data technology and marketing.
About the role:
- Manage enterprise customers and drive outcomes and adoption through technical solutions.
- Execute technical implementation and onboarding for new and existing customers, ensuring smooth integrations and high-quality data flows.
- Support pre-sales activities by helping prepare demos, technical content, and solution documentation.
- Actively contribute to process efficiencies and team projects, building reusable and novel solutions that help the team scale.
- Own and present content in team meetings, sharing learnings from customer work, technical troubleshooting, or process improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues, improve onboarding, and drive customer success.
- Drive proactive strategy for both pre- and post-sale engagements, identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes and internal processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product capabilities, martech trends, and relevant data technologies.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer implementations autonomously, with a focus on driving outcomes and adoption.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical skills including or similar to
- Experience with core cloud infrastructure services such as compute, storage and API gateways
- Experience working with SDKs, APIs, and designing/developing integrations
- Experience with Python, Javascript, C# and building apps with Python-based or Javascript-based web frameworks (Flask, Django, Express , Node JS)
- Datawarehouse experience, such as working with Redshift,BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar
- Demonstrate your technical expertise by creating good code, suggesting solution architectures, and providing implementation recommendations
- Willingness to contribute to process efficiency, team projects, and reusable solutions.
- Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative.
- Stay updated on Martech trends and share knowledge internally
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (4 days/week in-office in NYC or SF) and willing to travel up to 25% for customer meetings.
