We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting Healthcare and Industrial sectors. This exciting position offers unique exposure to senior leadership and high-profile clients while driving operational excellence and data-informed decision making across both industries. You will translate complex data into actionable insights that directly impact our performance and strategic objectives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Analysis: Partner with teams to define goals, uncover performance drivers, and identify barriers to success through rigorous data analysis

  • Data Management: Collect, cleanse, validate, and synthesize data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy and reliability

  • Insight Generation: Analyze performance metrics to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business decisions

  • Visualization & Reporting: Create compelling dashboards and presentations that effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Program Management: Coordinate initiatives across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder needs

  • Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs and recommend improvements to optimize operational and financial performance

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across multiple departments to achieve common goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Proven analytical experience with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Advanced proficiency in analytical tools: Excel, SQL, Smartsheet and visualization platforms (Tableau preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Teams and SharePoint

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills with ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives

  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to diverse stakeholders

  • Experience in commercial real estate analytics highly valued

Estimated total compensation for this position:

85,000.00 – 115,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
