JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer with demonstrated expertise in UiPath and Blue Prism to join our growing Automation Team. The ideal candidate will work closely with various business units to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, high-impact robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

PROFILE

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in developing RPA solutions with both UiPath and Blue Prism.
• Strong understanding of RPA best practices, design patterns, and architecture.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements from business users.
• Familiarity with process analysis and process improvement methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills

UiPath and/or Blue Prism certifications.

Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript) and databases (e.g., SQL).

Experience integrating RPA with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).

Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
