As a technology leader across mobile, fixed and cloud networks, our solutions enable a more productive, sustainable and inclusive world.Our MantaRay Release Product Management team is responsible for mid-term planning and managing the release lifecycle of all MantaRay versions. The team ensures visibility into demand and capacity over an 18-month horizon, maintains a prioritized release backlog, and oversees releases from creation (C0) to phase-out (C10). It also maintains key tools (e.g., FocalPoint) and provides stakeholders with reports and dashboards to monitor planning and execution.
As part of our team, you will:
- Ensure relevant product management tools such as FocalPoint, SharePoint, JIRA, etc are maintained
- Implement security and data privacy policies
- Provide automation to consolidate various information needed for Release Product Managers to manage their releases efficiently.
- Generate needed release dashboards for presenting and reporting release status.
- Create and maintain tools to provide up to date information related to feature requests to pre-sales teams and product managers.
- Create and maintain tools to help product managers ensure health of their features (Feature maturity etc)
- Deployment of AI based tools such as Nokia GPT for Product Management use
You have:
- Strong foundation in SW Development with specific focus on scripting languages, PowerBI, Excel Macros
- Very good knowledge of IT applications such as Microsoft Sharepoint, Office tools etc.,
- Basic understanding of Nokia CREATE process
- Basic understanding of Network Management products
