Quality Systems and Data Manager

The Quality Systems and Data Manager is a pivotal role responsible for driving excellence in quality systems, data governance, and digital strategy deployment in alignment with GSK’s vision for innovation and operational effectiveness. This individual will lead initiatives that optimize quality systems, enhance data integrity, and support the organization’s Smart Manufacturing (Smart MFG) strategy for quality processes. The role is critical to ensuring compliance, fostering continuous improvement, and embedding digital innovation across GSK's manufacturing and quality operations.

Further responsibilities:

• Lead the local implementation of the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and GSK standards.

• Ensure robust data governance processes are in place to maintain data integrity across all quality systems.

• Support the deployment and optimization of GSK’s Global Performance System (GPS) within quality operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement GPS principles that enhance performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Lead the development and implementation of digital tools and strategies to enhance efficiency and transparency in quality operations.

• Identify opportunities for digital transformation and collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.

• Manage the deployment of new quality systems and processes, ensuring smooth integration across teams and sites.

• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to integrate Smart MFG principles into quality operations.

• Define, monitor, and report on key quality metrics to track system performance and compliance.

• Provide leadership with actionable insights derived from quality metrics.

• Develop and execute the Quality Improvement Plan to address gaps, enhance compliance, and drive operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

• University degree in scientific orientation (eg. chemistry or biology)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA within the Pharmaceutical industry

• Strong experience with CC, CAPA and deviation management

• Native Hungarian with fluent English skills

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• People management experience

• Experience in data integrity

• Analytical thinking/Conceptual thinking

• Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks

• Clear leadership capability/potential
