The Role

We are seeking a Data Engineer to support our growing Data Team. In this hybrid role, you’ll contribute to building and maintaining robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and enabling analytics and reporting across the organization. This is a unique opportunity for someone at the start of their data engineering career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines.

- Support data integration efforts from internal and external sources.

- Monitor and improve data quality and integrity across systems.

- Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure data meets business needs.

- Document processes and contribute to data governance initiatives.

- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize performance and reliability of data solutions.

What You Bring

- A strong drive to learn and grow in data engineering.

- A customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-changing, agile environment.

- Basic knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java).

- Familiarity with ETL concepts and cloud data services is a plus.

-Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

- A degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
