Have you worked with CRM or ERP systems before? If not — no worries! We’ll introduce you to the ERP, CRM, and internal pricing tools we use daily. You’ll receive full training and support from day one.
You’ll be joining the Pricing Processes & Systems team — a group of six highly motivated colleagues who are passionate about data quality, collaboration, and creating a positive team atmosphere. We support each other and strive for excellence together. Come see for yourself!
You will support us with:
Maintaining pricing tools and systems — ensuring they are regularly updated and aligned with the company’s pricing policy (full training on all relevant systems will be provided).
Keeping pricing attributes accurate — making sure product and agreement-related pricing data is always current and reliable.
Collaborating with key stakeholders — supporting their understanding and use of our interconnected pricing systems to drive performance and consistency.
Investigating system issues — analyzing faults or errors reported by super users and escalating them appropriately to the IT application support team.
Coordinating manual workarounds — working with system support teams to ensure that business-critical tasks are completed on time when technical issues arise.
What we expect:
A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, IT development, economics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Excel — you’re comfortable navigating spreadsheets and using key functions.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken — you’ll use it daily to collaborate with colleagues across regions.
Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving and reporting skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Confidence working in a multicultural, international environment.
