Summary

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our quality engineering team and drive the development of scalable, reliable, and high-quality automated testing solutions. In this role, you will take ownership of test automation strategies across complex projects and ensure exceptional product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

As a senior engineer, you bring strong hands-on experience in test automation, deep technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset. You will lead best practices in QA automation, mentor team members, and help shape the strategic direction of our testing initiatives.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Experience

• 5+ years of experience working as a QA Automation Engineer, with proven success in delivering automated testing frameworks in dynamic development environments.

• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Open to learning and experimenting with new tools and technologies.
• Skilled in mentoring junior QA engineers and fostering team growth.
• Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making abilities.

Required Technical Skills

• Proven experience in test planning, test case design, execution, and reporting.
• Programming or scripting experience with JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Proficiency with automation testing tools for functionality, UI, and security validation.
• Experience implementing automated usability testing.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience validating data across database systems.
• Proficient in testing and validating APIs (REST, gRPC, GraphQL).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience working with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Proficient in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).

Nice to Have

• Experience conducting performance testing and optimization.
• Experience testing mobile applications across platforms (iOS, Android).
• Familiarity with data testing and validation strategies.
