Lead Software Engineer-1

As a Front-End Developer, you will design and build user interfaces for both internal and customer-facing products. You’ll work closely with Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, and Product Managers to deliver intuitive, responsive user experiences. This role also offers opportunities to expand your skills in back-end development and AI/ML development, depending on your interests and experience.  Our team performs diverse tasks so being flexible is key.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• 5+ experience years in UI development with a strong focus on Angular.

• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, & problem-solving abilities.

• A passion for learning, curiosity, and a drive for innovation.

• Hands-on experience is our top priority, which is why it’s listed first. A bachelor’s degree is a plus but takes a backseat in importance.

• Solid experience with Angular.

• Proven ability to develop high-quality, responsive UIs.

• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate our diverse team.

• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

It would be great if you also had . . .

• Experience with Python and back-end frameworks such as FastAPI.

• A keen eye for UI/UX design.

• Develop and enhance user interfaces across a range of applications.

• Work closely with global engineering, data science, and product teams.

• Contribute to UI/UX design discussions and front-end architecture decisions.

• Communicate effectively and take initiative to work independently when needed.

Hours of Work

This position is based at our Bangalore office. It’s a hybrid role that requires you to work on-site 2-3 days a week. Bear in mind that your team will be spread across the world!
