Lead Specialist - Digital Visualization & Data Analytics Development
We will count on you to:
Work with emerging data and digital technologies and NoSQL databases to develop data visualization solutions. Design, develop, and implement solutions per corporate and industry best practices. Lead large projects or processes working in close collaboration with other team members, business partners and key stakeholders. Autonomously deliver technical direction of the product and feature roadmap. Work with emerging data and digital technologies (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle BI, SQL, and big data full stack including Hive & Presto, Tableau Server Admin, Tableau Extracts). Build self-service BI and Data Visualization on Big Data using BI and analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle BI, MicroStrategy, Qlik, etc.). Build large enterprise data warehouses and data marts for BI, analytics, and reporting (Oracle, Teradata, DB2 etc.). Help team disassemble and address complex technical issues. Help ensure compliance with standards, security, best practices, and designs throughout the organization. Ensure software components have clear separation of concerns yet still function smoothly as a concerted group. Manage large-scale projects, coach team members, and solve complex problems. Keep proficiency and knowledge up to date in digital and related applications.
What you need to have:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field plus seven (7) years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the position offered, or as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, Project Lead, or a related position. Must have seven (7) years of experience with all of the following: Tier 1 or 2 IT services companies or Tier 1 captives; Implementing analytics data solutions leveraging Microsoft Power BI, Qlik, OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition), BI Publisher, Power Apps, SSRS, and Tableau; Working with SQL, PL/SQL, Data Bricks, Scala, Python, or R; Implementing reporting solutions on Oracle EBS, RM&B, Webcas, WebCenter, Essbase and cloud-based finance applications including Workday, Azure Data Lakehouse, and OCI; Developing data solutions for corporate functions including HR, Finance, and Real Estate.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $153,637 - $259,800 per year.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
