Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- This role will be focused on developing automations for ServiceNow cloud and exploring AI/ML solutions leveraging ServiceNow AI offerings.
- You will have the opportunity to work on ServiceNow Platform and Tools, build solutions using workflows, orchestration, and developer tools.
- Experiment with the latest ServiceNow AI and GenAI offerings and other upcoming capabilities.
- These capabilities may include classical Machine Learning Algorithms or Deep Learning based models like LLMs.
- You will design and develop cloud automations to support the ServiceNow Products in our own infrastructure.
- Support the team with feedback to product teams to continually improve and expand product capabilities, features, and interoperability in consideration of product needs and requirements.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
- 4+ years of experience in professional software development, preferably in the Cloud Environment.
- Solid foundation in distributed systems with experience designing and architecting systems.
- Advanced programming or scripting skills (using JavaScript) and experience in object-oriented design.
- Experience integrating software and services using common API techniques (REST, SOAP, XML, etc.)
- Excellent technical design, problem-solving, debugging skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Development of web-based database applications using Postgres or other relational databases.
- Team player, attention to detail and ability to work well and communicate with others.
- Experience in driving deployments with large Enterprise companies with multiple stakeholders -- preferably AI-based products.
- Exposure to AI, Machine Learning will be an advantage.
Nice to have skills:
- Experience with the ServiceNow AI offerings.
- Experience with ServiceNow Workflows and Flow Designer tools & ServiceNow scripting (Glide JavaScript).
GCS-23
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $140,700 - $239,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
