ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you passionate about transforming data into strategic insights that drive global supply chain decisions? As an Associate Manager – Supply Chain Data Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sourcing network. You’ll develop advanced, long-range models that evaluate cost, responsiveness, and flexibility—aligning with corporate strategy, regional business goals, and evolving technology landscapes.
In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate with supply chain leaders across business units to uncover optimization opportunities and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Your insights will directly influence strategic sourcing decisions and support the transition from planning to implementation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build Tools and provide data insights across global supply chain capabilities team
Develop, maintain and improve data reporting and analytics in support of Supply Chain Strategy assessments, building on data lake and other SCJ internal data sources. Extract needed data from all BU ERP systems and integrate into ad hoc and scheduled reporting requirements using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel
Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Partner with Business Unit Strategy leads: support the development and implementation global/regional supply chain optimization projects via collaboration with cross-functional teams
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and validations
Leverage mathematical modeling tools (e.g. IBM ILOG Logic Net Plus, Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru) to design network models and key insights
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science or related field with 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, IT and/or RD&E OR advanced degree with 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and/or RD&E
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications: Excel and PowerPoint
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Strong data mining skills and network modeling experience and expertise in Power BI, Tableau and Microsoft Access knowledge
Knowledge and/or training in operations research discipline/process optimization
Demonstrated commitment to self-development thru Supply Chain or other professional certifications
Strong analytical skills with an ability to gather, analyze data and make recommendations for improvements in network design
Strong cross-cultural awareness and leadership capability
Strong business acumen, ability to deal with ambiguity, priority setting, and organizational skills to allow simultaneous management of multiple projects
Experience and demonstrated ability to interface through both written and verbal communication with multiple levels of an organization both internally and externally
Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing and supply chain data structures is strongly preferred
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full-time onsite role in Mount Pleasant, WI
Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees
This role is not eligible for relocation
Occasional travel to global SCJ factories, suppliers, and regional HQs for project meetings
Open office setting, collaborative team-based environment
