The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time. While we strive to provide competitive and transparent compensation, there may be circumstances where an offer is above or outside of the listed range. We are open to discussing salary expectations with qualified candidates considering factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location will all be considered during the hiring process.
Data Governance Analyst II | Pay Range: $76,000.00 -$96,900.00

Additionally, you'll contribute to researching the ideal data governance tools for data cataloging, maintenance of data governance related policies/standards/procedures, process monitoring, control implementation, and promoting best practices in data management.

To be successful as a Data Governance Analyst II, we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, operations research, information systems, engineering, economics, or equivalent work experience supporting data governance technology processes.
- Level II: Three (3) years’ experience in similar data analysis focused on data governance or data quality management role utilizing data management tools such as Informatica, SAS, SQL, and other similar tools.
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, collaboration, written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience as a “team player” with strong relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across and at all levels within the organization.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills that are required to assess effectiveness of data management practices in both simple and complex business processes.
- Applicable knowledge of data governance frameworks or similar frameworks as a practice (i.e., data lifecycle management, data types, data lineage, data methodologies, data retention, data analytics and reporting, data protections, etc.)
- Written documentation skills applicable to policies, processes, procedures.
- Knowledge of data analytics and data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, SAP BI, Power BI, Toad, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Ability to consume technical concepts and translate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Self-starter who can create, facilitate new concepts, engage in multiple initiatives, and interact with a diverse group of stakeholders across the company with minimal oversight.
- The exercise of independent judgment without fear of reprisal.
- Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while handling multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- General understanding of industry compliance requirements.
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud and on-prem data systems.
- Hands-on experience with data-related tool implementations.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type, Location and Hours :
This is a full-time, onsite hybrid position based in Little Rock, Arkansas (Central Arkansas). The standard workweek is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with extended hours may be required. Job requires managing staff working rotating shift schedules with long hours.
Travel Requirement:
This position requires moderate travel (approximately 10%).
