The Role:
Join Nestlé, the world’s leading health, nutrition, and wellness company, as a Junior Business Analyst in the Digital Experience Insights team. You will play a key role in transforming our digital workplace by gathering and analyzing data to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.
Your insights will help identify patterns and user pain points, shaping strategies that enhance the digital experience for our employees.
You will guide IT product teams in prioritizing features and aligning strategies with business goals and user needs using a data-driven approach
What You’ll Do:
As a Data Business Analyst Jr you will be involved in the following tasks
Data Collection & Analysis:
- Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to gain a comprehensive view of the employee experience.
- Clean and preprocess data to eliminate inconsistencies, errors, and missing values, making it suitable for analysis
- Examine user behaviors on digital platforms to identify patterns and challenges using tools like Power BI, Microsoft Excel, platform-specific dashboards (e.g. WalkMe, Viva Advanced Insights, HappySignals) and occasionally more advanced tools like Python or R (nice to have)
- Create clear visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Work with Analytics, Data, and Integration teams for advanced data analysis and visualization needs.
- Spearhead the analysis of digital transformation data, combining task and process performance with user feedback and sentiment
Data Strategy & Governance:
- Collaborate with the DEX team to define data strategies that enhance the measurement of the Digital Employee Experience (Experience, Technical, and Operational data).
- Contribute to build the Digital Employee Experience data repository to combine data from different sources for a comprehensive analysis and insights.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards, safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality.
- Work with IT stakeholders to implement data strategies and maintain data quality over time.
- Help define KPIs and success metrics to evaluate Experience Insights initiatives.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Engage with stakeholders across IT and People Analytics to gather requirements and identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making related to the digital employee experience.
- Translate business needs into data requirements to enable delivery of actionable insights.
- Support IT product teams with analytics to guide prioritization and feature adoption strategies.
- Upskill IT Product Teams and People Analytics on how to leverage the analytics from the Experience Insight products (such as HappySignals, WalkMe and Viva Advanced Insights).
- Drive the value realization of Digital Employee Experience data and insights, be a partner to our stakeholders in the data-driven digital transformation.

What Will Make You a Great Fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 -4 years of experience in a data-driven role, preferably within IT, analytics, or business analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, and platform-specific dashboards such as WalkMe, HappySignals and Viva Advanced Insights.
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of engaging with diverse departments and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data and its implications for business decisions.
Bonus Points If You
- Have user centric mindset, with a genuine interest in delivering the best experience possible for employees with digital tools
- Have experience in creating Power BI Dashboards
- Are eager to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Have experience in a large, complex international organization
- Know Python or R for statistical analysis and/or machine learning models.
