Financial Performance Analyst - Operations (80-100%

Your mission:

The Financial Performance Analyst plays a critical role by leveraging advanced analytics, digital tools, and cutting-edge technology to provide key performance metrics, dashboards and data-driven insights. The analyst drives innovation and automation, optimizing financial processes and supporting Finance Business Partners in improving forecasting, budgeting, reporting and performance management across the organization. 

Your tasks:

• Develop, automate, and maintain performance management dashboards to support decision-making
• Provide financial insights by analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for the FC Business Partner
• Improve the data quality by providing (automated) reconciliations and identifying outliers / potential wrong data entries
• Drive the adoption of AI and advanced analytics in finance, introducing innovative ways to enhance financial planning, reporting, and business insights

What we are looking for:

• University degree in economics and/or data science
• Several years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics roles
• Comfortable / proficient in the use of LLM, Python, Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud
• Initiative: You proactively develop new methods and solutions, identify challenges, initiate necessary changes, and offer help to others when needed
• Problem solving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
• English fluent, French would be an asset
