Program Manager, Artificial Intelligence - REMOTE

Perficient is seeking a proven Program Manager to help drive our go-to-market strategy for AI products and services. This role is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of GenAI initiatives across the enterprise. This role is remote, but if you're located near a Perficient office you will have the opportunity to work on-site with your peers as needed.

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives across the enterprise. This role involves owning the AI program plan and roadmap, integrating and aligning business unit (BU) and department-level AI initiatives, and ensuring clear roles and responsibilities across the company.

• Own the AI program plan and roadmap.
• Integrate and roll up BU and department-level AI initiatives and adoption.
• Ensure clear roles and responsibilities across the company.
• Develop and facilitate a company-wide communication plan and content.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive AI initiatives.
• Collect, track, and report on AI achievements.
• Provide program reporting and ensure executive alignment.
• Ensure alignment with GenAI program governance and compliance.

• 5+ years of project and program management experience.
• Proven experience with internal organizational transformations.
• Basic to moderate level of AI fluency, with an understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and roadmaps.
• Experience in tracking and reporting on program progress and achievements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
• Familiarity with program governance and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role within a technology-driven organization.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP).

 

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $73,008 to $170,640. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
