Perficient is seeking a dynamic and strategic GTM Lead for AI Initiatives to drive our go-to-market strategy for AI products and services. This role is pivotal in enhancing market awareness, generating pipeline, and ensuring the successful launch and adoption of our AI solutions. This role is remote, but if you're located near a Perficient office you will have the opportunity to work on-site with your peers as needed.

  • Maintain and Execute GenAI Go-To-Market Strategy:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to bring AI products to market effectively.
    • Align strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Co-Marketing with BU Sales & Marketing GTM Strategies:
    • Collaborate with business units to integrate AI initiatives into their sales and marketing plans.
    • Create joint marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and adoption.
  • Coordinate and Manage AI Sales Plays:
    • Design and oversee sales strategies specifically tailored for AI products.
    • Train and support sales teams in executing these strategies.
  • Drive Partner Relationships & Credentials:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners.
    • Ensure partners are well-equipped and credentialed to promote AI solutions.
  • Ensure Analyst Visibility to GenAI Program:
    • Engage with industry analysts to keep them informed about AI initiatives.
    • Leverage analyst insights to refine and improve go-to-market strategies.
  • Consistently Extract Customer Use Cases and Business Outcomes:
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback and use cases.
    • Use this information to demonstrate the value and impact of AI solutions.
  • Support Relevant Content Creation:
    • Develop content that supports the marketing and sales of AI products.
    • Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and informative.
  • 7+ Years of B2B Go-To-Market and Sales Support Experience:
    • Extensive experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies in a B2B context.
  • Partner and Analyst Relations Experience:
    • Proven track record of managing relationships with partners and industry analysts.
  • Moderate to High Level of AI Fluency:
    • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
    • Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

 

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $103,584 to $209,800. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
