JOB SUMMARY: The QM Data Specialist will be primarily responsible for Ryan White Part A funded program reporting activities including quality management measures. The primary activities of this position are data collection, analysis and reporting. This employee will report to the Quality and Compliance Manager.

Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs data extraction from Cerner (EMR) to upload to E2Fulton
- Work on data request tickets to provide reports from CAREWare, E2Fulton, and CAR as requested.
- Evaluate the quality and completeness of data, identifying gaps and inconsistencies.
- Propose solutions to improve data quality, consistency, accessibility and standardization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, and pivot tables.
- Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
- Understand the relationships between data elements and how they can be combined to derive valuable information.
Experience
- At one (1) year of specialized experience.
- Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled, and has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.
License/Licensure
Preferred candidate holds a degree in Public Health, Data Analytics, Health Informatics, or data/systems-related subject
