The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics life-cycle in order to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage. This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling.
Data Management and Governance provides direction of data assets and is responsible for data strategy, quality, standards and service levels. Data management acquires, validates, standardizes, enriches, protects and publishes structured, third party and unstructured data for use by the business. Governance defines and implements policies, standards and metrics that ensure the effective and efficient use of trusted data and statistical models to support regulatory and business goals.
Qualifications
- BS/BA Business or Equivalent, preferred
- 3-5 years professional experience, preferred.
- Hands on experience in creating business and technical lineage in collibra.
- Strong understanding of databases and data structures.
- Strong knowledge how to build workflows in collibra, preferred.
- Analytical & Word Processing: Must demonstrate command of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
- Presentation: must demonstrate clear, concise articulation of proposed actions,
Accountabilities:
- The Advisor, Data Management & Governance will be responsible for our metadata management and increasing adoption of metadata usage, this individual will be responsible for
- Accelerate metadata & lineage capture including ownership, glossary, dictionary, sensitivity and categorization within the data governance tools (e.g., Collibra).
- Strong knowledge on data management, metadata management, data lineage (Business, Technical and Automated).
- Knowledge on building workflows.
- Knowledge on Data privacy and sensitive data management.
- Assist with preparation of artifacts for working group meetings.
- Maintain documentation of standards, policies, and procedures, and assist with cyclical review process
- Assist with maintenance of cross-functional master data flows.

Anticipated salary range: $79,700 - $113,800
