Technical Lead - GenAI

Overview: Lead the architecture and delivery of generative AI solutions, ensuring best practices in data processing, LLM integration, and AWS deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and oversee AI/ML pipelines using AWS Bedrock for hosting and fine-tuning LLMs.

• Design and manage vector search infrastructure (OpenSearch or equivalent) for semantic retrieval.

• Define data workflows: text chunking, preprocessing, and vectorization (Python or similar).

• Evaluate and integrate LLMs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, etc.), optimizing for cost, latency, and accuracy.

• Mentor engineers on coding standards (Python), CI/CD, and production deployment (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, with 2+ years leading AI projects.

• Hands-on AWS Bedrock and OpenSearch experience.

• Strong Python skills for data pipelines and microservices.

• Familiar with LLM workflows (prompt engineering, fine-tuning).

• Solid communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
