As a Junior Data Analytics Specialist, you will bridge the gap between automation, user experience, and operational efficiency by supporting TechOps SMEs and Technical Leads with robust data analysis and technical solution optimization. You will be actively involved in developing reports and dashboards for KPI tracking, resource health, application performance/usage, and more. Your role is key to improving end-user satisfaction and streamlining operations.

Key responsibilities include developing SQL/Python scripts, managing data via ETL processes, and creating Power BI dashboards. You’ll extract insights through data analysis and explore transformative machine learning models. You’ll also contribute to thorough process documentation, building object libraries, and configuring APIs.

You will have the opportunity to coach and develop interns, offering support, guidance, and training to help them grow and contribute effectively to the team's goals.

Main Duties:

• Basic Knowledge and understanding of coding languages such as Python, SQL, JSON, JavaScript, or others.
• Provide robust data analysis support to TechOps SMEs and Technical Leads; manage data via ETL processes and derive actionable insights.
• Create Power BI dashboards for data visualization and explore transformative ML models.
• Research new or existing technologies to identify opportunities for modern solution implementation.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to design and deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner to address critical business challenges.
• Effective organizational and coordination abilities.
• Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing
• Fluent in a second language is an advantage.

Education level: University degree or equivalent work experience

Technical Skills :

• Good understanding of IT System landscapes (e.g. Microsoft Active Directory Management, O365, APIs)
• Good understanding in Power BI/Tableau and ETL process
• Experience in working with large datasets or relational databases (SQL).
