Data Architect:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Databricks Data Architect to join our innovative team. You will be central to designing, implementing, and managing scalable and high-performance data solutions on the Databricks platform. Providing technical leadership, you'll build robust data-driven applications, ensuring their reliability and efficiency. Collaborating with business teams, you'll translate their needs into effective architectural designs and guide the development team in their execution.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is a driven data expert with a deep understanding of modern data warehousing and lakehouse architectures, coupled with significant hands-on experience with Databricks. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and can clearly communicate complex technical ideas. A proactive leader, you stay updated on the latest data technologies and have a proven history of delivering impactful data solutions.

Must-Have Skills:
Databricks Expertise: Extensive experience designing, implementing, and managing data warehouses and lakehouses on the Databricks platform.
Spark & Delta Lake: Deep understanding and practical experience with Apache Spark and Delta Lake.
Data Modeling: Proven ability to design and implement various data models optimized for the Databricks environment.
ETL/ELT Pipelines: Strong experience in designing, developing, and optimizing data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Databricks tools and related technologies (e.g., Spark SQL, Databricks Workflows).
SQL Proficiency: Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries and optimizing performance within the Databricks ecosystem.
Cloud Data Platforms: Solid understanding of cloud data warehousing concepts and experience with at least one major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Technical Leadership: Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable solutions.
Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's (or Master's) degree in Computer Science or a related field.
