Data Science Intern (f/m/d)

Join our Petroleum and Green Fuels Desk as a Data Science Intern and contribute to optimizing and managing our analytics suite. Collaborate in a dynamic environment using SQL, Python, and Tableau to streamline workflows, enhance visualizations, and support commodities research.

What you will do:

• Design automated data pipelines incorporating AI techniques for supply/demand/prices modeling.
• Maintain and enhance interactive dashboards using Python Streamlit.
• Optimize analytics infrastructure by refining code for performance and robustness.
• Implement new features to improve data workflows.
• Deliver actionable insights to support the commodities desk’s research efforts.

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Math, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in SQL and Python for data manipulation, automation, and visualization (Streamlit).
• Familiarity with AI tools and language models for data analysis.
• Experience with Dataiku or Databricks is a plus.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and excellent attention to detail.
