Operations Data Analyst

Fraport Greece is currently seeking a dedicated Operations Data Analyst to join our Operations team. This role will focus on analyzing operational data from our 14 Regional Airports to support decision-making processes and enhance the efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

The position is located at our Headquarters in Marousi, Athens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collects data from multiple sources and supports the reporting function
• Interprets data, analyses results using statistical techniques and provides ongoing reports
• Translates business requirements into specifications, and uncovers business opportunities from data analysis
• Collaborates cross-functionally with other teams to develop key metrics
• Provides clear direction to ensure consistent achievement of key performance metrics
• Generates reports for all stakeholders regarding the overall performance of the company
• Analyses existing processes and identifies areas of improvement
• Supports operational projects for efficient and data driven decision-making
• Explore, propose and implement new ideas and tools for reports automation and AI technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a related discipline will be considered an asset.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business or Data Analysis, with proven expertise in data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Hands-on experience in developing dashboards and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI or comparable analytics platforms.
• Strong digital literacy, particularly in Power BI and other data-related tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• The position is based at our Headquarters and may require occasional travel to our airport locations.
