Responsibilities

• AI Model Configuration: Understand customer needs and configure optimal AI solutions for large financial clients using Sedric AI platform.
• Customer Health: Monitor customer health metrics and streamline onboarding processes to ensure seamless ongoing operations.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze model performance using SQL, BI tools, and Python to measure impact and optimize results.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, R&D, and Sales teams to maximize business impact.
• Innovation: Explore cutting-edge AI technologies and develop creative solutions alongside our R&D team.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics) or equivalent experience/training.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer delivery, technical support, or data analysis within a tech environment.
• SQL and Python experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Business and Results Oriented.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated team player eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
