Windward, the leader in Maritime AI™, is seeking an experienced and highly creative senior content expert to join our growing marketing team in Tel Aviv (hybrid). This role is ideal for a candidate with an extensive background in B2B content creation. Experience within the maritime or global supply chain ecosystems is a major plus.
The successful candidate will be a strategic and innovative thinker who excels at crafting compelling narratives across multiple formats, such as eBooks, white papers, web pages, case studies, brochures, and video scripts. This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate with the Product Marketing and Brand teams.
This is a first-of-its-kind role at Windward. As our AI Content Marketing Engineer, you’ll combine your deep expertise in content creation, editing, and marketing with cutting-edge AI technologies. Sitting at the intersection of AI, storytelling, and digital marketing, you’ll build and execute content workflows designed to deliver the right message, to the right audience, at the right time.
We’re not looking for someone to just write prompts. We're looking for a versatile content expert: someone who can craft, refine, and scale automated content pipelines from different sources and APIs, turning our platform insights and data into powerful marketing narratives — from personalized outreach and thought leadership to impactful campaigns.
You’ll collaborate closely with our content, product marketing, and data teams, continuously innovating and optimizing how we create, edit, and distribute content that’s as smart as our technology.
🧠 What You’ll Do
- Create and refine prompts that identify content opportunities from different data sources and generate compelling marketing content across diverse formats: blog posts, email campaigns, LinkedIn carousels, video scripts, landing page copy, campaign materials, and more.
- Design and implement content automation workflows, transforming API data, insights, and product updates into ready-to-publish, audience-focused assets at scale.
- Edit, enhance, and quality-check AI-generated content to ensure consistency with brand voice, editorial excellence, and maximum audience impact.
- Develop dynamic content systems using large language models (LLMs) and tools such as Zapier, LangChain, Airtable, Make, or custom scripting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and marketing teams to translate complex maritime intelligence into clear, engaging, and actionable narratives.
- Continuously test, refine, and evolve content automation frameworks, enhancing performance, accuracy, and conversion effectiveness through iterative prompt and editorial optimization.
Requirements
- Think strategically about content systems, workflows, and audience engagement, not just individual assets.
- Have significant experience in content creation, editing, and marketing, with proven prompt engineering expertise in editorial or marketing contexts.
- Understand deeply what transforms information into impactful, engaging, and conversion-driving content.
- Are proficient with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or scripting.
- Bring excellent editorial judgment, with a sharp eye for brand voice, tone, and effective storytelling—even when the initial content is AI-generated.
- Thrive on building and improving content pipelines that scale effectively and continuously learn from feedback and data.
- Have experience in B2B SaaS or data-driven industries.
