  Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Mainframe Developer and Tester 

We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Automation Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in testing mainframe applications using automation tools, scripting, and batch processing environments. You will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts to ensure the stability, functionality, and reliability of mainframe-based systems. 

 

  Responsibilities   

Need Experience  in Mainframe technology (COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, VSAM etc.) to Involve in System Testing, SIT, Functional and Regression Testing Test Cases and its execution. 

•             Need to Create, Run & execute JCLs in Mainframe, Validate the job status in spool, and have problem solving skills to resolve JCL errors, experience in writing in complex SQL Queries run Mainframe DB post execution. 

API Testing using Postman / Insomnia with automation capabilities (using TOSCA or any other tool) 

Execute tests, track and monitor defects/Stories to closure and produce test metrics and test reports 

•        Proactively identifying potential delivery related issues and arriving at mitigation plan. 

•        Assist the Test Lead/ Manager in project meetings to provide feedback and statistics of the project in relation to the test quality 

•        Conduct reviews and inspections of project and test deliverables and provide feedback

Minimum Qualifications / Skills   

• B.Tech/B.E/ MCA   

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills   

   

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills   

Implement creative and innovative ways of testing to meet project goals without compromising quality 

•        Assist in performing test estimation, test strategy and Test Plan  

•        Coordinate, Prepare Test Bed, Test Data for execution 

•        Confirm connectivity and readiness of test team 

•        Assist Scrum Leads in managing day-to-day testing activities, such as test monitoring and status reporting at the end of the testing day 

•        Reverse engineer requirements and develop models as needed to support test automation 

•        Ensure reusability and capture of Metrics Prepare project level required metrics and reports 

Specialized in testing area like functional testing 

•        Responsible to conduct SIT, and support to business users during UAT  

•        Ensure constructive working relationships within team and with other functional groups 

•        Ability to coordinate between BAs, Business and test team 

•        Ensure compliance to laid down organization wide process and operations guidelines 

  Hands-on experience in Automation testing tools like TOSCA, Selenium and able to implement in the project. 

• Mainframe Testing

• Automation- TOSCA (good to have) 

  

• Performance Testing (Jmeter)

  Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Mongo DB Ops Manager 

MongoDB and Ops manager database professional responsible for managing, monitoring, and securing large and complex MongoDB and Ops manager environments across data centres using best practices , automating functions, and enhancing monitoring and observability and managing product lifecycle (upgrades and patchset) in a highly regulated environment. 

  Responsibilities   

• Installing, and configuring Ops manager servers and agents  

• Manage databases in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP or Azure. 

• Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the database to include rollout and upgrades 

• Supporting MongoDB databases scaled across data centers. 

• Experience in setting up replica sets . 

• Experience in Setting up, configuring, and scaling up MongoDB database environments  

• Experience setting up and configuring replicated and sharded MongoDB database environments 

• Prior experience in capacity management and system up size requirements  

• Creating and Managing MongoDB projects, Users and managing backups using S3 bucket store 

• Design and implement DR plans & HA solutions and best practices 

• Enabling and Configuring encryption, authentication and authorization for MongoDB and Ops manager, knowledge on MongoDB Security, LDAP, Kerberos and AD 

• Apply major Database upgrades and security patches at Database and OS level 

• Experience on enhancing observability using MongoDB logs via Logstash/Kibana/AppDynamics or Splunk
