Job Description

Are you passionate about Generative AI and ready to dive into the world of Gen AI to help transform one of the most iconic brands globally?

Then buckle up and get yourself energized for a 5–6-month internship journey, where you will bring your passion for AI and innovation, along with your technical skills, to shape the future of Generative AI at The LEGO Group. Collaborate with experts to develop cutting-edge tools, strategies, and solutions that will empower our organization and engage our community in new and exciting ways.

Core Responsibilities

Our full-time internship will run for 5-6 months, and you will become an integrated member of the team. Your task will include but not be limited to:

  • Assist the development and maintenance of the GenAI Developer Toolbox.
  • Support team members on ongoing projects by conducting research and data analysis
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement
  • Help create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with other interns and staff to complete assigned tasks and projects
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support team objectives

You will become a part of the Gen AI team that enables the Digital Technology organization to design and implement GenAI solutions.

We're on a mission to make Generative AI (GenAI) accessible across our entire organization. Our team is also responsible for building and evolving our internal GenAI platform that powers innovation from within. You'll become part of a dynamic team of over 10 talented professionals with diverse backgrounds in software engineering, design, and data science. With colleagues from six different nationalities, we value diversity and collaboration in everything we do.

This role is based in our brand-new Digital Office in Copenhagen – a vibrant, inspiring, and flexible workspace designed to spark creativity, collaboration, and, of course, some of fun too!

Do you have what it takes?

You are currently enrolled in a higher educational institution and are able to take on an internship for 5-6 months. You could come from multiple educational backgrounds such as the field of Software development or similar engineering fields. Moreover you have experience and knowledge with Python, typescript or other programming languages and are familiar with Generative AI and its applications.

Furthermore, in order to succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to support the team
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and outcome focused 
  • Confidence, proactivity, and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong team spirit
  • Proficiency in English language skills
