About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Securiti.ai specialist to join our team and play a key role in the successful onboarding, adoption by all Randstad markets and ongoing maintenance of our Securiti.ai platform. This role is critical in ensuring the security and compliance of Randstad data assets.

Responsibilities
● Onboarding:
○ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data needs, security requirements, compliance regulations and market customization.
○ Design, configure, test, validate and implement Securiti.ai platform for data discovery, classification, and protection.
○ Effectively integrate Securiti.ai into operations and IT infrastructure.
○ Develop and document detailed implementation plans and procedures.
● Adoption, maintenance and optimization:
○ Oversee the daily administration and operationalization of the Securiti solution.
○ Focus on Sensitive Data Intelligence (SDI) module, primarily on its data discovery and remediation features.
○ Working with the infrastructure teams, for troubleshooting collector abnormalities and optimizations.
○ Regularly review and update platform configuration to reflect evolving data landscape and compliance requirements.
○ Conduct data discovery scans, analyze results, and design, prioritize and enforce remediation actions.
○ Support data mapping, lineage, DS(A)Rs, and impact analysis activities.
○ Analyze results to pinpoint potential risks and determine remediation strategies.
○ Establish and manage workflows for identifying and mitigating sensitive data risks.
○ Generate and present reports on data risk insights and remediation progress to stakeholders.
○ Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions for teams using or benefiting from the Securiti platform.

○ Monitor the performance of the Securiti.ai platform, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks.
○ Keep up with new released functionality and determine applicability to our environment and needs.
○ Work with the Securiti account team directly to understand and adopt best practices and new capabilities.
● Security and Compliance:
○ Partner with security teams to align Securiti.ai configurations with broader organizational security strategies.
○ Contribute to the development and maintenance of data security and privacy policies.
○ Stay abreast of emerging data security and privacy regulations and best practices.
○ Conduct regular audits of data discovery results to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CPRA).

● Reporting:
○ Provide high level metrics to share status and progress.
● Collaboration and Communication:
○ Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
○ Foster strong relationships with internal and external teams involved in data management and security.
○ Proactively identify and escalate potential issues and risks.

Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
● Background in IT architecture with a focus on cloud environments (SaaS, IaaS).
● Experience with Information Security tools, particularly Data Discovery platforms, or other data-centric categories (eg DLP, CASB)
● Experience with data lineage tools, data mapping and impact assessment reports to support data discovery efforts.
● Strong understanding of data governance and compliance requirements.
● Proven track record in administering security solutions in enterprise environments.
● Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, data classification, and protection methods.
● Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to drive security strategies.
● Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in English.
● Strong understanding of Regulatory laws and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CPRA, HIPAA).
● Familiarity with incident response processes related to sensitive data breaches.
● Knowledge of data security features like encryption, tokenization, and masking techniques.
● Understanding or experience with automated workflows, data discovery, data labelling and remediation.
