The HR Data Analyst will play a critical role in enhancing business intelligence within the Human Resources department. Responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools, this position will support strategic decision-making by providing actionable insights derived from large datasets. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integration, and alignment of HR initiatives with broader business objectives. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills and a commitment to driving data-driven improvements in HR processes and functions. This position is essential for leveraging data to inform strategic planning and operational efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making.

  • Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and present data-backed insights to senior leadership.

  • Utilize spreadsheet tools for advanced data analysis, visualization, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure smooth data flow, integration, and quality.

  • Engage with stakeholders at a strategic level to align data initiatives with business needs.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.

  • Support Global projects from a Data & Analytics perspective; define project requirements, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant field; Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology etc.

  • Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, and other BI software.

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • Experience in Python for data analysis and automation.

  • Familiarity with SQL and database management experience.

  • Proficiency in Excel and other Office tools for analysis and presentation.

  • Ability to break down complex data processes and design scalable solutions.

  • Familiarity with data pipelines and collaboration with Data Engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to machine learning techniques and models for predictive analytics.

  • Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and align data initiatives with business goals.

  • Proven ability to understand business processes and how data can inform decision making.

  • Ability to manage projects and user testing.
