Job Description

Leads the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. The AI Lead Architect will be responsible for shaping our AI strategy and overseeing the architecture of AI-driven applications that enhance business processes and drive innovation. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• AI use case identification & prioritization

• End-to-end AI solutions, including architecture, data pipelines, and model deployment

• Ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI solutions.

• Ensure high-quality data collection, storage, and processing to support AI initiatives

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI architectures, models, and processes.

KPIs:

Model Accuracy: Performance metrics of deployed AI models.

Innovation: Number of innovative AI solutions developed and implemented.

Stakeholder Satisfaction: Feedback from internal and external clients.

System Uptime: Reliability and availability of AI systems.

TOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES:

Comprehensive AI strategy document.

Scalable AI architecture blueprints.

High-performing AI models and algorithms.

Detailed project plans and timelines.

Comprehensive documentation and reports.

SKILLS:

Soft: 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

• Strategic thinking and business acumen.

Hard: 

• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).

• Strong programming skills (Python, R, Java, etc.).

• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering.

• Experience in natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI domains.

• Expertise in generative AI technologies, such as GANs, VAEs, and transformers.

Certification/License: Not required, real application experience is preferred

• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI technologies and best practices.

• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Innovation: Drive to explore and implement new AI technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3 years in an architectural or leadership role.

• Certifications: Relevant AI/ML certifications are a plus.

• Portfolio: Demonstrable portfolio of previous AI projects and solutions, particularly those involving generative AI.
