This role is a part of an organization called Enterprise Data Governance and Shared Platforms, which is a vibrant & highly motivated group that collaborates across different data domains working together towards building governance processes and tools that make our data better while also supporting the business in managing the master data across Finance, HR, Marketing, Vendor, Customer, Supply Chain Domains, and Net Sales Revenue.
Today, we’re looking for a Manager, Performance Operations & Data Quality to join our Sofia team for a Maternity Cover Contract opportunity. You will be an individual contributor reporting to the Director, Performance Operations & Data Quality, who leads a small team and oversees the performance operations and data quality activities carried out by our managed service provider.

Position Summary:
Transforming our master data is critical to enabling the digitization of The Coca-Cola Company Business and automation of our work. This role is part of a team that provides critical data analysis and reporting activities for master & reference data. This role is responsible for identifying data insights to inform data strategy, improve master data operations performance, drive continuous improvement, and improve data quality.
What You’ll Do for Us:
- Develops data quality standards, model structure and design of data quality reports and dashboards including coordinating standard reporting activities with the Managed Services Provider (MSP) and leading customized reporting activities requiring advanced analytics or other strategic capabilities
- Supports data needs of ongoing initiatives and consulting engagements including coordination with MSP or other groups on data cleansing, preparation and enrichment of data to facilitate objectives of initiatives
- Monitors quality reports, KPIs, SLAs and other operational metrics and provides insights and recommendations to Data Strategy team
- Supports data stewards and data strategy leader by recommending, reviewing and approving changes to data quality reports
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education
- At least 2 years of related work experience in data analysis
- Experience with data quality analysis including data modeling, data preparation and data cleansing, domain specific data structures and system requirements, as well as statistical/analytical techniques
- Knowledge of and ability to understand and resolve data inconsistencies or variances
- Ability to access, analyze and use information in a manner that adds value to the organization
- Monitoring, Measuring and Metrics: Ability to determine appropriate measures or metrics; Ability to measure against those standards; Ability to communicate performance standards and metrics.
- Experience with desktop automation tools and leveraging them to create insightful dashboards and analytics. Examples include Azure, Alteryx, MS Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Flow.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across business, data teams, and Managed Service Provider
- Ability to work virtually with teams across cultures and time zones
- Comfortable multi-tasking and building relationships
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Fluent in written and spoken English required
- Excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve and develop actionable solutions
