What a Week Could Look Like:

• Designing and refining cloud-based data pipelines to support scalable data solutions
• Analyzing data to enhance customer experiences and improve operational efficiency
• Supporting the development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models (including MLOps)
• Collaborating across digital, data, and business teams to co-design solutions with stakeholders
• Translating complex data into actionable insights that inform business decisions
• Exploring and testing emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools
• Prototyping AI solutions using tools such as Streamlit, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into data-driven applications and business processes

Who We’re Looking For

You’re curious, collaborative, and eager to apply your skills in a practical environment. You bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Analytics
• Internship, project, or research experience demonstrating practical application of your skills
• A strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
• A foundational understanding of data analytics and AI/ML principles – exposure to AI Techniques a distinct bonus.
• Coding skills in Python and SQL (experience with specific product tools like Snowflake is not essential)
• Great communication skills and the ability to translate technical ideas into business value
