You will work in a multicultural environment, working with people from Asia, Europe and USA. You will be part of the GEB team made of 16 persons and you will interact with more that 15 entities (production sites, support functions, IT...) distributed all other the world. Mission description:

You will take the lead in multiple supply chain projects supported by experts and management in order to achieve the goal of the project. Even if the projects are diverse, operational excellence and efficiency will be common to all:
Continuous improvement projects
Ensure customer expectations are met on an ongoing basis by continuously improving the processes by which a business operates
Take a glance of the whole supply chain process and able to detect the bottlenecks, and to implement the changes
Implementation of the new digital tools (i.e. old SAP to new SAP), helping the team the define the common needs and new assets
Communicate frequently with different teams (sales, IT, ops and asset team), to find the pain points and propose operational problem’s solutions
Manage independently industrial optimization projects

Business analysis
Prepare monthly closing and operational performance review and support business decision making.
Make Operational and industrial performance data and necessary data processing tools easily available for the EMCs and GEB
Improve reporting tools through data science and tool efficiency.
Perform ad hoc study as required.

Data Governance
Contribute to the definition of Core Data Models and Referential
Work with data owners to review and improve quality of data
Review user needs and document data-focused use cases
Structurize the information

Are you a MATCH?

Education : Master's Degree in Engineering with a specialization in Business Organisation and/or supply chan.

Soft and Hard Skills

Must have:
- Strong with Google Sheets and analytical skills
- Proficient in using tools such as google suite, powerBI or equivalent, in scripting code for enhanced analysis using AI
- Knowledge of finance processes and experience in Accounts Payables, some experience in procures-to-payable highly advantageous
- Continuous Improvement mindset, Knowledge of ‘Lean Six Sigma’ principle is a big plus, practical experience is very welcome
- Structured way of working, able to manage timely project implementation and competing priorities and deadlines

Nice to have:
- Effective Communication skills, to be able to understand others needs by positioning yourself in their shoes
- Responsive and responsible team player, open-minded and love to work with diverse teams
- Masters languages such as Python, R ... and statistical programmes
