Senior ML Scientist

As a Senior Machine Learning Scientist, you’ll be at the forefront of this mission, advancing generative AI and computer vision research to power creative tools used by millions. Your work will help redefine how creativity is experienced, shared, and scaled globally.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Research and develop novel, state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms using diffusion models, autoregressive models, GANs, and other emerging techniques.

• Drive innovation in image generation/editing, inpainting, super-resolution, and other generative AI applications.

• Prototype and validate fresh, creative scientific ideas to enhance or accelerate existing technologies.

• Collaborate closely with product managers to align research goals with product requirements and deliver real-world impact.

• Lead end-to-end development of ML models, from ideation and experimentation to deployment in production.

• Communicate research outcomes clearly through documentation, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of industry experience in machine learning and deep learning, with a focus on computer vision.

• Expertise in ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Strong theoretical foundation with excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

• Experience developing, maintaining, and scaling ML models in production environments.

Good To Have

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related field

• Proven track record of academic/scientific research through publications in top-tier conferences (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, ECCV) or journals (e.g., TPAMI, TIP, IJCV).

• Deep experience in diffusion models and their theoretical underpinnings.

• Hands-on experience with autoregressive model training.

• Knowledge of GANs and classical computer vision methods.

• Experience mentoring or leading research/engineering teams.

• Strong organizational and analytical thinking skills.
