Your Key Responsibilities

• Implementating of SAP BI development with focus on HR reporting within the team in close cooperation with product owners, architects, internal developers as well as external service providers
• Driving the continuous development in alignment with our vision and goals
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and supporting the resulting requirements
• Participating in the handover to productive operation as well as third-level support of the solution combined with analysis and troubleshooting in the application
• Taking over responsibilities in our Cloud transformation process
• Supporting implementations within agile frameworks to ensure customer focus

Your Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering or comparable qualification with corresponding practical experience
• Experience in operating and developing SAP BW
• Developments in SAC and/or Data Sphere is beneficial
• Familiar with IT Service Management processes (ITIL Foundation desirable)
• Experience in programming (ABAP, SQL, Java) would be an advantage
• Experience in SAP HR module would be a plus
• Excellent written and spoken Polish and English (min. B2)
• Basic German skills are an asset
• Project Management skills would be an advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solution oriented and structured, (self-) organized way of working
• Capability to work well in a team-based environment as well as on their own
