Job Description

We are looking for an Engineering Team Lead to join our core AI Services Team. The project focuses on developing and delivering advanced AI-driven solutions, combining strong technical execution with team leadership. This role is split between hands-on engineering and team management: approximately 50% of the time will be dedicated to technical work (architecture design, coding, code reviews, troubleshooting complex issues), and 50% will be dedicated to managing a team of 6-10 engineers. Management responsibilities include task planning, mentoring, conducting one-on-one meetings, performance management, and supporting the professional growth of team members. Additionally, the role includes involvement in hiring and onboarding new team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in engineering leadership roles.

• Strong technical expertise in software development with solid proficiency in Python and Machine Learning technologies.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.

• Excellent organizational skills to balance technical contributions and managerial responsibilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
