The Opportunity 
Join our global sustainability reporting team and play a pivotal role in transforming how we use technology and AI to drive transparency, efficiency, and accountability. As regulatory expectations rise and stakeholder demand for credible ESG data grows, we’re reimagining outdated reporting processes and building the future of sustainability intelligence.
We’re seeking a forward-thinking individual who’s passionate about technology and sustainability. You’ll have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of EU and global sustainability regulations while developing digital-first tools and processes that bring clarity and insight to complex data. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and wants to help shape the next generation of sustainability reporting.

Then you may be our next sustainability team member.  You will be working from our Amsterdam head office with a highly skilled, motivated and result-driven team. You will work directly with our Reporting team and support the other team members when opportunities arise.

Passionate about sustainability and innovation: You are passionately driven by the intersection of sustainability and innovation. You are naturally curious, continuously researching trends like the CSRD, and actively exploring how AI can automate ESG reporting and create real-world impact.
Tech lover: You're excited about coding new systems, structuring complex data, and building automated solutions. You have a genuine passion for technology and its application in sustainability.
Global Collaborator: You thrive in diverse, international teams and are comfortable working across time zones. You understand the importance of cultural sensitivity and inclusive communication.
Analytical and Solution-Oriented: You can analyze complex regulatory information and data, and translate it into practical, tech-driven solutions. You are not afraid to challenge existing processes and suggest innovative improvements.
Results-Driven and Adaptable: You are an entrepreneurial self-starter focused on achieving tangible outcomes. You embrace change, are comfortable with ambiguity, and are eager to contribute to cutting-edge projects.
Eligible to Work in the Netherlands: You are a recent graduate, based in the Netherlands, and have the right to work here..

What You Bring

• Strong interest in sustainability, ESG reporting, and emerging regulations (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, ISSB). Experience in application or through studies is a plus.
• Passion for technology and AI, with experience or interest in process automation, data integration, or reporting systems.
• Experience with data analysis, coding, building AI bots, or automating systems is a plus.
• Comfortable with systems such as G-suite, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clarity.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A self-starter mindset: proactive, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
