Are you passionate about turning data into powerful insights that drive real-world impact? As an Instock Planning Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience by analyzing millions of data points and delivering actionable insights to our Instock Planners and leadership teams.

Your work will directly influence critical areas such as inbound planning, inventory management, and inventory health, helping us ensure the right products are available at the right time—creating a “WOW” experience for our customers.

• Dive deep into complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Deliver meaningful insights that inform strategic decisions across Instock Planning and Analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tech, Product, Forecasting, and Data Science to support key initiatives.
• Define and monitor performance metrics that drive operational excellence.
• Support inventory health initiatives by identifying risks and recommending solutions.

 

주요 업무 

• Collaborate cross-functionally with inventory-related teams and systems to maintain and optimize core queries, data pipelines, and performance dashboards.
• Develop subject matter expertise in inventory policies, InStock planning, and inventory health, becoming a trusted resource for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity by resolving inconsistencies in data logic, accuracy, and reporting standards across teams.
• Design and enhance automated reporting tools, creating dashboards that deliver real-time insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Leverage data proactively to uncover growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and deepen understanding of key business drivers.
• Define strategic goals and metrics, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive success on collaborative projects.

 

자격 요건

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, with strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries (mandatory).
• Proficient in using business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI to build insightful reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated expertise in data analysis, planning, and forecasting.
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong customer-centric mindset.

 

 

우대 사항

• Experience with ETL processes and data engineering workflows.
• Familiarity with Python, R, and advanced data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Background in e-commerce, internet-based businesses, or retail, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights in these domains.
• Experience in statistical modeling and inventory/supply chain optimization.
