Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Developing, assessing and implementing advanced E2E optimisation and simulation models to evaluate complex operational scenarios
• Analysing and interpreting extensive datasets to derive strategic insights and recommendations
• Collaborating with senior cross-functional teams to align simulation goals with the business strategy
• Conducting in-depth sensitivity analyses and validating simulation results to ensure maximum accuracy and reliability
• Presenting findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Driving innovation by staying up to date with trends in simulation and data science

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree in data science, operations research, engineering or a related field
• Extensive professional experience in developing and applying simulation models within complex environments and in-depth knowledge of AI technologies, such as reinforcement learning
• High proficiency with statistical analysis tools and programming languages (e.g. Python, R, MATLAB)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work both independently and as a leader in collaborative settings
• Excellent English skills in written and verbal communication 

 

Desirable extras.

• Solid understanding of retail operations is an advantage
