Job Description

We’re on the hunt for a Power BI Engineer who can turn numbers into narratives and dashboards into decision-making powerhouses. But wait — there’s more! You’ll also bring your Python and  React magic to the project making this project not just functional but freakishly fantastic.

This role is all about turning complex financial data into intuitive, interactive, and insightful tools that real people can actually use (and maybe even love).

• Building Power BI dashboards that are cleaner and clearer than your inbox on vacation.

• Writing Python scripts to automate data wrangling, transformation, and secret sauce-ing.

• Collaborating with finance pros who speak in ratios and returns — and translating that into visuals even your grandma could understand.

• Integrating APIs and working with data pipelines like a modern-day plumber (with more charts and fewer leaks).

• Making sure everything is secure, scalable, and snappy — no pressure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI

• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling best practices

• Strong knowledge of Python, especially for data analysis and automation (pandas, NumPy, etc.

• Solid understanding of SQL and working with relational databases

• Familiarity with financial data, KPIs, and business metrics (bonus if you've worked with financial services clients)

• Ability to connect to various data sources (APIs, flat files, databases, cloud storage)

• Experience with version control tools like Git

• Strong communication skills — able to translate business requirements into actionable solutions

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, agile environments
