Key Responsibilities

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:
  • Object Oriented Programming experience
  • AWS (e.g., CloudFormation, EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, and ElasticSearch)
  • Relational databases (e.g., RDS, Oracle, Postgres)
  • Continuous integration technology (e.g., Chef, Puppet, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible)
  • Interacting in a Linux environment (ex - Bash scripting)
  • Jenkins and creating Jenkins Pipelines while having an understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment best practices
  • BS/BA in Computer Science OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby
  • Requires expert or mastery level knowledge of work area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • May have deep knowledge of project management. Advanced knowledge of related disciplines within work area and ability to identify links and potential impact on projects, programs or systems.

Highly Desired Qualifications

Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:
  • Application platforms such as Spring Boot or Angular
  • Using log analytics tools such as Splunk or ElasticSearch
  • Working with containers using Docker
  • Container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes and Mesos
  • Communicating with users, technical teams, and senior management
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Working with Microservices
  • Front-end development using Angular 10
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities and are able to bring order to ambiguous scenarios
  • Familiarity with Source code management and integration (ex - GitHub/GitLab)
  • Working in an Agile environment (JIRA, Confluence)
